Founder/ Yoga Teacher
Eveline
Eveline has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has accumulated thousands of teaching hours since her teacher training. While yoga wasn’t love at first sight for her, it became an essential part of her life when it helped her heal from back pain. This experience deepened her passion, making her a devoted practitioner ever since.
As a certified yoga teacher, Eveline enjoys teaching Hatha Vinyasa, a dynamic style of yoga that blends strength and fluid movement. She also prioritizes proper alignment and body awareness in her classes, blending mindfulness with energy and movement to create a teaching style that is both dynamic and deeply centered.
For Eveline, yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is a spiritual and inner practice that allows for deeper self-discovery and personal growth. Through yoga, she believes we can connect with ourselves on a profound level, gaining greater insight and understanding of who we truly are.

Yoga Teacher
Rita Saputra
Rita has always been a fitness enthusiast, regularly engaging in various forms of exercise. However, yoga wasn’t initially her top choice until fate led her to try it. Her first yoga class, taken out of sheer curiosity, left her with an unexpected sense of energy and emotion that she had never experienced before. That transformative class shifted her perspective and made yoga an essential part of her life.
Today, Rita views yoga as a series of powerful, healing movements that create harmony between the breath and the mind.
Through dedicated self-practice, Rita has become a remarkable certified yoga teacher with a thorough and observant teaching style that sets her apart. She particularly enjoys teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, and “Road-to-Pose” styles, guiding her students with care and precision.

Yoga Teacher
Sansan
Sansan first tried yoga in 2015, choosing hot yoga at her husband's recommendation to improve her health and reduce stress. After giving birth, she began to experience low back pain, which led her to explore different yoga styles more deeply. As she continued practicing, the back pain gradually disappeared, and she felt increasingly refreshed. Additionally, she lost weight, and what started as a way to feel better became a true passion for yoga that she continues to embrace.
After her teacher training, she has developed a deep passion for teaching various styles of yoga, including Hatha yoga, balance and stability, Yin yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices. Her goal is for her students to leave each class feeling happier, calmer, and at peace.
For Sansan, yoga is not just a physical exercise, but an inner practice, as every movement in yoga serves as a form of meditation. She emphasizes the importance of focusing on the breath and moving with full awareness, fostering a deeper connection between body and mind.

Yoga Teacher
Felicia
I first joined a yoga class in late 2016, at a time when my life felt like a rigid, straight line filled with tension and pressure. That first class opened a door to something entirely new, an opportunity to be present, to breathe, and to explore capabilities within myself that I had never noticed before. I never imagined I would enjoy moving and stretching so much, but after trying one class, then two, I found myself committing to at least two classes a day, several days a week.
In 2018, I enrolled in an anatomy immersion program, unaware that it would eventually lead me to a full Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) journey. My teaching style is flexible and ever-evolving. I consider myself a generalist, adapting my classes to suit the studio’s direction or my students’ needs and concerns. If I had to choose a favorite style, I’d say gentle flow and Hatha Vinyasa resonate with me the most. Whether I’m teaching or practicing, yoga is my “me time.” It's a space where I reconnect with myself, explore my growth, and share that journey with others. Yoga has brought balance into my life and continues to fuel my passions and purpose.

Yoga Teacher
Nadine
Nadine began her yoga journey in 2014, and although her first class felt unremarkable, she decided to stick with it. As she continued to practice, her enjoyment grew, and she started to realize the unique and profound impact yoga had on her.
Through consistent practice, Nadine developed greater body awareness, recognizing her limitations and strengths, which deepened her understanding of herself. This transformative experience inspired her to become a certified yoga teacher.
For Nadine, yoga is not about strength or flexibility; it’s about achieving balance and control over the mind and body. Her teaching style reflects this philosophy, flowing smoothly with a focus on Vinyasa, which she loves to teach most. In addition to Vinyasa, Nadine has a special passion for inversions and enjoys sharing that aspect of yoga with her students.
